ORDERING -
For general inquiries, you may email us using the secure, anti-spam form at the bottom of this page. If you are ready to place an order or wish to discuss your project further, please call us directly at . At times we may be attending a show or simply away from the office but please trust if you leave us your name, number and the best time to call on our machine, we will get back with you quickly.
SHIPPING
We mail using the U.S. Postal Service for smaller items and Con-Way Freight for larger items unless otherwise requested. We don't inflate shipping rates or charge excesive handling fees. We charge only what the shipping and packing actually costs us.

TIME LINE
Items from our main production line will usually ship the day after payment is received. Custom items generally ship within 6-8 weeks, depending on our backlog of custom orders. Again, an order is not considered placed until the deposit is received.
PATINAS
Patinas are a chemical interaction with the metal. As such, color variations are natural and to be expected. Witzke Iron Works cannot and will not, in any way, guarantee an exact outcome of a patina nor warrantee a patina once subjected to use and the elements. Please take into consideration that the best results for consistency are obtained when items are patinad at the same time, therefore it is encouraged that all items for an area be ordered at the same time.
GUARANTEE
We take pride in producing quality, hand-forged wrought iron products. We feel that we craft a superior product, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item. Our advance authorization is required on all returns and may be obtained by phone. With certain exceptions, we will give full credit for merchandise returned with our advance approval, unused and in good condition, within 15 days of the original ship date. Merchandise returned without our advance approval, returned after 15 days and/or that is obviously used or no longer in good condition will not be accepted.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your personal information is confidential and will not be sold or misused by us. On the other hand, we don't mind you sharing our information with others!!
